| 9:00am- 1:00pm | Summer workouts each day are from 9-1pm. We will meet at North Stafford High School at the football stadium every morning at 9am-11am. At 11 am we will then bus to onelife fitness for weight room workouts from 11am-1pm. At 1pm we will bus back together to North Stafford High School for pick up. Everyone is to ride the bus to and from One Life (including student drivers), no one is to be picked up from One Life, pickups will only be from North Stafford High School. | |
